Project Steering Committee “Integrated Economic and Social Elevation Project for Sub-District, One Tambon One University (U2T) (University to Tambon, Build a taproot for the country): Wat Luang Sub-district, led by the library director and staff, attending to clarify the management guidelines for the integrated economic and social elevation project for each sub-district: Wat Luang Sub-district and the mechanism for driving the project and also joined discussions and exchange ideas with the President of the Tambon Administrative Organization, Deputy Director of Marketing Services of Tourism Authority of Thailand, Director of the hospital/ School, sub-district headman, a developer and Wat Luang community leader in order to  enhance the integrated economy and social elevation for sub-district, make big data of the community, employ the general public new graduates and students to work, and restore the community’s economy, and develop according
to the problems and community’s need. This event was held at Tambon Health Promoting Hospital, Wat Luang Sub-district, Phanat Nikhom District, Chonburi on
