Lec. Hemmarat Wachirahatthapong, the Director of BUU Library together with Mrs. Wongduen Charoen, Head of Information Services Department and Ms. Supawadee Petchchuensakul, professional librarian of Information Service Department was invited as speakers to give a lecture on the topic “Management of specialized libraries to be ready for change and crises” to the Bureau of Military Education, National Defense Studies Institute in the academic seminar on the topic “Military Library in the Digital Era Preparing for Change and Crisis” Lt. Gen. Sophon Siringam, Chief of Staff of the National Defense Studies Institute presided over the opening speech of the academic seminar on 3 February 2022 at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel, Pattaya, Chonburi Province.
