Burapha University Library held the training on the topic “Digital Rights and Responsibilities” by the guest speaker, Lec. Boonlert Arunphiboon, the Director of Scientific Knowledge Services Department, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and the topic of Digital Creativity and Innovation by the guest speaker, Ms. Kornkorawee Changkid and Ms. Wanatwira Chanthajamrassin, Scientific Knowledge Services Department, National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) in the short course training project “Essential Skill for the 21st Century Citizenship and New Entrepreneurship” on 2 March 2023 at the meeting room 201 on the 2^nd floor    of the library from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
