Burapha University Library led by Mr. Hemmarat Wachirahattapong, the Director of BUU Library along with the administrative team, Mr. Meetham Na Ranong, the Deputy Director of the Electronic Transactions Development Agency and Mr. Parinya Suwanchinakul, Senior Consulting and Skills Development Officer of the Electronic Transactions Development Agency, attended the meeting to discuss about guidelines to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Electronic Transactions Development Agency and Burapha University on 12 May 2023 at the Electronic Transactions Development Agency, Bangkok.
