Information Technology and Digital Innovation Department
The department is responsible for technology infrastructure system, computer network system, internet, information system, innovation, website, producing, serving and supporting for educational media service, onsite meeting and online meeting, recording image, animation and both offline and online live streaming along with providing hardware, software and maintenance of equipment to be used at all times in order to support the mission of the library so that the department can operate efficiently.
Hardware and Software Infrastructure System
- To develop/ maintain computer network system to cover all areas of the library and to be ready to use
- To supervise and control the operation of the server computer to be able to use effectively.
- To supervise, control the operation and solve the problems of network system management and security system on the network system.
- To install/ maintain the Wireless Access Point system to cover all areas.
- To execute the backup system of the server.
- To control and supervise the server of Walai Autolib automatic library management system.
- To install, control and supervise the CCTV system.
- To coordinate, supervise the software and library's entrance system.
- To procure hardware and software to support all operations in the library.
Information System and Digital Innovation Development
- Develop, improve and maintain the library's website
- Develop information system to support the operations
- Develop and maintain e-office system to support personnel operations, overtime operating system, government car-booking system, entrance card scanning system
- Develop, supervise of thesis receiving-sending system
- Develop, supervise of PULINET academic performance evaluation information system
- Maintain, improve the image collection of the library activities (image & animation gallery system)
- Maintain, improve the image gallery system (Piwigo Clould)
- Maintain, improve the online public relations system
- Equipment management system (repair notification)
